RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
By placing an order with BsyncLIFE you agree to the following returns & refund policy:
We make every effort to ensure the highest standards are maintained in the processing of every order. That being said, we’re not robots, we’re human! So please double-check your entire order upon arrival. We will not honor any claims unless made within 7 days of receipt of goods. If your order has been damaged or appears to have been opened during shipping, please keep it in the original packaging, take a few photos, and notify us immediately. Remedy will be subject to courier service terms and conditions. Manufacturing faults will always be honored.

We do not accept returns because you changed your mind or made an incorrect choice. We encourage you to double check every order prior to making your purchase! Any returns that are accepted must be authorized by an appropriate staff member from the BsyncLIFE Team PRIOR to being returned and arrangements must be made in writing. Unauthorized returns will be considered a donation, we’ll be sure to find them a good home.
Any return based on our error will be rectified as soon as possible and at our expense, provided the goods remain unopened & intact and are returned to us in the provided form. Any authorized returns that are not based on our error are subject to a 20% re-stock fee, and must also be unopened and intact.
We are unable to accept any returns for Yoni Eggs due to the nature of their use and personal hygiene best practices and standards. If you have any queries then contact us prior to making your purchase.
Sale items are not returnable and non-refundable.
At the time of making your booking for any consultation a non-refundable booking fee of 20% will be incurred to cover administration costs. Cancellations for consultations must be made at a minimum of 48 hours prior to your booking to receive an 80% refund of the consultation price. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking will be subject to a 50% administration fee of the remaining funds.
Once work has commenced on any service, that includes but is not limited to, phone/video consultations, email consultations, or the development of any other audio/visual service or customized works, cancellations will not be accepted and there will be no refund.
Beyond Synchronicity Pty Ltd, BsyncLIFE, and any Consultant or Authorized Representative for the company reserves the right to postpone any consultation without notice and without accepting any liability. The nature of our business is subject to emergency situations, we reserve the right to not have to choose between paying your bill and saving someone’s life, and we want to take this opportunity to thank you for being a decent human being with regards to this matter.
Beyond Synchronicity Pty Ltd, BsyncLIFE, and any Consultant or Authorized representative for the company reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. Upon cancellation at our discretion a full refund will be applied.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days and facilitated through PayPal. If you used a credit card, it may take longer for the refund to appear in your account based on the terms and conditions of your individual merchant processor.
GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing or redeeming a gift certificate with BsyncLIFE you agree to the following terms & conditions:
Gift certificates are available to purchase worldwide and may be used for any products and services available in our shop at the time of redemption, up to the value of the certificate.
All terms and conditions of BsyncLIFE apply to the holder of the gift certificate. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform the holder of the certificate of current terms and conditions so they can make an informed decision upon redemption of the certificate. We accept no liability for any mis-communications between the purchaser and the redeemer of a gift certificate.
Gift Certificates can be used as partial payment of the total cost of any order.
Any shipping or tax charges that may apply are the responsibility of the redeemer of a gift certificate.
Any remainder of credit between the final purchase amount and value of the gift certificate will not be refunded. Remaining credit may be used as partial payment towards your next order as long as the certificate is still valid.
Gift Certificates can not be exchanged for cash.
All gift certificates are valid for 12 months after the date of purchase. No exceptions will be made.
Refunds of all gift certificates will only be accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Full purchase price will be refunded. From 7 days after purchase and onwards, no refunds will be given, no exceptions.
The “order number” issued to the purchaser that appears in the confirmation email associated with the purchase of the gift certificate will become the voucher number attached to the gift certificate.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to attach the order number to the certificate in the appropriate section.
Gift certificates will not be accepted unless they contain the authorized order number or personal confirmation can be arranged with the purchaser of the gift certificate.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
By accepting a consultation with BsyncLIFE you agree to the following general terms and conditions:
We aim to process all orders within 2-5 Business days. Many of our products are specialty items, hand made, and subject to strict manufacturing processes honoring the Sun and Moon cycles that govern our world. There’s a sprinkle of magick in every order, so thank you for your patience while we invest the time to create it for you.
Australia Post is our preferred national courier service. Larger items or custom orders may be subject to third party couriers at our discretion. You may be provided with tracking for your items if it applies to your order and with consideration of shipping rates charged. Once your item has been shipped it is out of our hands and any queries must be taken up with the courier service provider.
We will endeavor to do our best wherever possible to resolve shipping issues that may arise, however our actions are limited to Australia Post terms and conditions.
All Standard International orders will be shipped via Australia Post International. Shipping costs DO NOT include Import fees, Duties, or Taxes. These fees are calculated and charged by the delivering countries customs agency once the shipment has arrived and are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstances will any package be declared at any amount other than the invoice amount. This practice is illegal, don’t ask us to do it because we won’t.
Once a package has arrived to the delivering countries customs center it is out of our control. We highly suggest contacting your local customs agency for updated information as a first point of contact and prior to requesting any investigations.
Any returned package due to non-compliance of Customs Fees/Rules & Regulations/Restrictions is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not able to take responsibility for packages once they have left Australia. All Australia Post International tracking details will be provided so that the customer can track the package themselves.
Products once received by a customer must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. This is your responsibility.
